The Chatham Community Players is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Outreach

We began our Outreach program 25 years ago with the idea of introducing disadvantaged groups of all ages to live theater. (See our Outreach section on this website) Along with these performances, our largest expense is providing transportation for these groups (the cost for one bus can run $500). The following handwritten “Thank You” letter we received from a recent Outreach Group, in this case, an adult drug rehabilitation service, best explains how meaningful this experience is to them.

Please help us continue this program. Any 501(c)(3) tax deductible contribution is welcome. Download the Outreach Donation Form to print and mail it to Chatham Community Players P.O. Box 234 Chatham, NJ 07928.

Wish List

Every community theater has a Wish List. Together, we can make dreams come true.

We are always seeking donations to maintain our goal of producing high quality theater for a diverse audience, while elevating our standard of excellence and providing a creative outlet with educational opportunities. To remain a vital cultural component of the surrounding counties community, we need your support. Did you know that approximately 2,300 volunteer hours were required to mount each of our non-musical productions, while the musicals require approximately 3,000 volunteer hours?

Currently our Wish List of 'Things To Do' and 'Things We Need' includes: • New paint job for the building • Flat screen TV – to watch highlights from past shows while you're waiting in our lobby • Video projector • Vacuum cleaner • Plunge Router for woodworking • Saber Saw • Awning over our Stage Door • Roof Repairs

If you'd like to help make our wish list a reality, we are gratefully accepting tax deductible contributions of any size.
