Note: A standard credit card processing fee is added to online totals. This fee is charged directly by Ludus, our secure online ticketing partner, to offset electronic payment costs. Online ticket sales close 15 minutes prior to showtime; after this window, any remaining tickets must be purchased in person at the Box Office.
Policies & Plan Your Visit
Ticket Exchanges & Refunds
- All tickets are non-refundable.
- Free exchanges are available until 3 hours prior to your performance.
- Exceptions: If a performance is entirely sold out and we can successfully re-sell your ticket to a waiting list, you may request a refund or receive a credit toward a future Chatham Community Players production.
♿ Accessible Seating & Groups
- Accessible Seating: Dedicated spaces are available. To reserve these seats, please contact our Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the performance.
- Group Rates: Discounted pricing is available for large parties. Please coordinate directly with our staff.
Chatham Playhouse Seating Chart
Our seating configurations vary to suit the creative staging of each production. The Chatham Playhouse features theater-in-the-round, where left and right sections face inward toward the center. When purchasing tickets online, you will see the exact live seating chart for that specific production. Tip: To sit next to your party, ensure your row numbers are identical at checkout.

Arrival & Late Policy
- Reserved Tickets: If you already have your tickets, you may proceed straight into the theater once the house opens (typically 30 minutes before showtime).
- Box Office Purchases: If buying tickets at the theater, please proceed directly to the Box Office desk.
- Release Window: You must claim your seats at least 5 minutes prior to showtime or they may be released to the waiting list.
- Late Seating: Latecomers will be seated strictly at the discretion of the House Manager.

The Chatham Playhouse is located in the heart of Chatham, NJ. Free parking is available in our main lot adjacent to the theater, as well as on-street parking along the surrounding blocks.
